As he watches the local children play outside, Pino catches the eye of a group of kids who quickly make it their mission to help him escape his confines, break free and enjoy life outside. However, Pino’s illness is an ever-present threat and when his domineering grandmother comes to stay his liberty is once again in jeopardy.
